1General Terms & Conditions

Ac65 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. By using the ac65 website, you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "member") acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions.

3Account Management

Each member may operate only one account. The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited

• Any suspected security risk to your account must be reported to ac65 support immediately
• A valid email address and mobile number must be kept on the account, as these are used for all communications
• Regular password changes are recommended

If an account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for 12 months, ac65 may classify it as dormant and a maintenance fee may be applied.

4Deposits & Payments

Ac65 supports multiple deposit methods, including mobile banking, bank transfer, and approved digital wallets. All deposits must be made from the user's own account.

• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited
• Ac65 may hold a deposit pending verification if a suspicious transaction is detected
• Deposits should reflect in your ac65 balance immediately — if there is a delay, please contact support
• Deposits are generally free of charge; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees

5Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from ac65. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 72 hours, though pending KYC verification may extend this timeframe.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Ac65 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity

6Bonuses & Promotions

Ac65 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each offer carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (WR) — typically 20x–40x the bonus amount
• Having more than one bonus active at the same time is generally not permitted
• Not all games are available for bonus play — some games do not contribute toward the WR
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided
• Ac65 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Promotional offers apply once per account — separate offers are available for other family members

7Gaming Policy

The outcome of all games on ac65 is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. No game result can be altered in any way.

• If your internet connection drops mid-game, your bet may have already been settled
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded
• If a software error is detected in any game, the results of that game may be voided
• A separate refund policy applies to Sports Betting in the event an event is cancelled
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac65. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system
• Hacking, cheating, or using automation software in any game
• Playing using a third party's funds or account
• Using ac65 for money laundering or any other illegal transactions
• Attempting to harass or harm other members

9Account Closure & Suspension

Ac65 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms & Conditions Violation
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• When suspicious or unusual transactions are identified
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Under legal or regulatory instruction

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a rule violation.

10Limitation of Liability

Ac65 always strives to provide reliable service; however, ac65's liability is limited in the following areas:

• When a game or transaction is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues
• When service is disrupted due to third-party software or server issues
• In cases where loss is caused by an issue with the user's own device or network
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks

Under no circumstances shall ac65 be liable for compensation exceeding a user's total losses. Gaming is inherently risky, and users accept that risk knowingly.

12Changes to Terms
